Inspired Entertainment, an associate company of Rhiti Sports and Fox Star Studios have signed a deal that will see the movie MS Dhoni – The Untold Story, the biopic made on the life of India’s most successful skipper, being co-produced by the two.
The movie is set to hit the screens this year on October 22. Sushant Singh Rajput, who is playing MS Dhoni in the movie, has confirmed on his official Twitter account.
Sushant is now training for almost four months for the MS Dhoni Biopic. The 28-year-old is working on his wicket-keeping skills and also practicing to play like the Indian skipper.
The MS Dhoni Biopic will uncover some of the untouched points of MS Dhoni and will provide a sneak-peek into the life of the Indian captain. The movie is directed by acclaimed director, Neeraj Pandey and is expected to hit the screens in the second-half of the year.
“We feel Neeraj Pandey is one of the most talented directors of our time and with him directing the project, we are in safe hands,” Arun Pandey of Inspired Entertainment said. “I’m happy to have Sushant on board to play Dhoni, he is a rare combination of hard work and commitment.”
