Pacer Mohit Sharma has continued to make headlines in the Indian domestic circuit as he claimed a hattrick against Delhi in a Ranji Trophy tie today at the Chaudhry Bansi Lal Cricket Stadium.
Playing for Haryana, Mohit bundled Delhi for 278 as the visitors couldn’t add even a single run to their overnight total on the second day of the tie in Lahli.
Mohit finished with an impressive figure of 4/46 in 16.5 overs and dismissed centurion, overnight batsman Virender Sehwag, Parvinder Awana and Navdeep Amarjeet Sainia.
Sehwag (147) was the first to go when he was caught behind in the fourth ball of the 83rd over. Next to depart was Parvinder Awana, who was dismissed for a duck.
Mohit wrapped-up the innings when he castled Amarjeet Sainia (0) in the final ball of the over. The Haryana pacer also took a fifer against Maharashtra in previous rubber.
